En Plein Air Workshop - Bridget Bossart Van Otterloo

Bridget Bossart Van Otterloo will lead an En Plein Air workshop at the Neighborhood Center, 103 Porter Street, Watkins Glen, NY outside - weather permitting. 

In the event of inclement weather, the workshop will be held indoors at this same location. 

Workshops are for artists with some experience in watercolor painting. 

Maximum workshop registration is 10 participants. Workshop cost is $10.
